1 designated parking strip beside the garage — fits either 1 boat/trailer OR up to 2 additional cars

That's a total capacity for up to 6 vehicles or 4 cars plus your boat and trailer.

⚠️ Important — No Street Parking. This Is Strictly Enforced.

We want to be upfront about this because we genuinely don't want anyone's trip disrupted by an unexpected fine. Street parking is strictly prohibited on and around the property. This policy is enforced jointly by Garden City and the Lochwood Homeowners Association and violations carry a $500 fine that is issued directly to the vehicle owner.

This isn't something we have flexibility on, and we ask all guests and any visitors you may have during your stay to park only within the designated on-property spaces listed above. With the garage, driveway, and parking strip combined, there's genuinely enough room for everyone as long as it's planned ahead

If you're expecting extra guests or day visitors, just coordinate arrival times so the on-property parking can be managed smoothly. It's an easy thing to sort out in advance and saves everyone a headache.
